1. adults only

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to use this website or buy from Velmora. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement and that viewing this content is legal where you are.

2. products

Products are sold for personal adult sexual wellness use. Descriptions, dimensions and images are as accurate as we can make them, but slight variations in colour and size (±1 cm) can occur. Product images are for illustration.

3. orders & pricing

Orders are placed through WhatsApp and become binding only once we confirm availability and receive payment (or confirm COD). Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before confirming an order.

4. shipping & returns

5. safe use

Follow the usage and care instructions on each product page. Stop use if you feel pain or irritation, and see a doctor if symptoms continue. Don't use products on broken skin. Consult a doctor before use if you're pregnant or have a medical condition. Velmora isn't responsible for injury caused by misuse.

6. intellectual property

Site design, text and branding belong to Velmora. Please don't copy them without permission.

7. liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
