Is my order really discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain outer box with a neutral sender name. There's no Velmora branding, no product name and no hint of what's inside on the parcel or shipping label.
How do I place an order?
Tap "order on WhatsApp" on any product, or add several items to your bag and tap "send order on WhatsApp". Your order is typed out for you. Add your pincode and send. We reply with the final total, payment options and delivery date.
Why WhatsApp and not a normal checkout?
It's faster, more private and more human. You don't need an account or to save card details, and you get a real person who can answer questions before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes. We'll confirm what's available for your pincode on WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–7 working days across India after your order is confirmed. Metro cities are often faster. Made-to-order items like full-size dolls take 15–25 days.
What does shipping cost?
Free on orders above ₹1,499. Below that, it's a flat ₹99.
Can I return a product?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products can't be returned. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, message us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we'll replace it free.
Are your products body-safe?
We stock products made from body-safe silicone, medical-grade TPE, stainless steel, borosilicate glass and ABS. Every product page lists the material in the specifications.
Which lube should I use?
Water-based lube works with every material. Avoid silicone-based lube with silicone toys, and never use oils or lotions with TPE, because they break the material down.
How do I clean my toy?
Wash with warm water and mild, unscented soap or a toy cleaner before and after every use, then air-dry fully. Each product page has a care guide for its material.
Do you share my details with anyone?
No. We use your name, phone and address only to deliver your order. We don't sell data, add you to marketing lists without asking, or send unsolicited messages.
Can I buy a gift for my partner?
Yes. Tell us it's a gift on WhatsApp and we'll leave the invoice out of the parcel. Our 5-piece sets and the Mystery Box are the most popular gifts.
