what we collect
- Order details you send on WhatsApp: name, phone number, delivery address, pincode, and the products you order.
- Payment confirmation: UPI or bank transaction reference only. We never see or store card numbers.
- Basic site data: a cookie that remembers you confirmed you're 18+, and your bag contents, stored only in your own browser.
- Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security.
how we use it
- To confirm, pack, ship and support your order.
- To share tracking and answer your questions.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
what we never do
- Sell or rent your data.
- Put product names on shipping labels.
- Send marketing messages unless you opt in.
who we share with
Only what's needed to deliver: your name, address and phone go to our courier partner. Payment providers process payments under their own policies. WhatsApp (Meta) handles chats under its own privacy policy.
how long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your chat history and any non-mandatory records at any time.
your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by messaging us on WhatsApp or writing to hello@velmora.in.
