returns & replacements
For hygiene and safety, intimate products can't be returned once opened or used. This protects you as much as anyone.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:
- Record a continuous unboxing video when you open the parcel.
- Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the video and your order details.
- Once we've verified the issue, we'll send a free replacement. If the item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.
Electronic items have a 30-day manufacturing-defect warranty covering motor or charging failure under normal use. It doesn't cover water damage on non-waterproof items, misuse, or physical damage.
cancellations
You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. Just message us. After dispatch, orders can't be cancelled. Refusing a COD parcel at the door may mean COD isn't offered on future orders.
